SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (USPS): Free on orders $45+; $4.99 otherwise. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): $12.99. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after shipment.
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time in our sole discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or if an item is out of stock.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at bucforty@outlook.com within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at bucforty@outlook.com with photos of the damage and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
If your package shows as delivered but you do not receive it, please contact us at bucforty@outlook.com within 30 days. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to locate your package. If it cannot be recovered, we will issue a replacement or refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
