RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your Bonnet Boss products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return, please email us at bucforty@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at bucforty@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different style or size, please reach out to bucforty@outlook.com and we'll help you arrange it.
